Conscious of the need to formulate an integrated policy for leaders at all levels and for all tasks of the scouting movement, and in application of the principles of adults in the scouting movement, the University Commission for Training and Leadership Development launched the National Policy for the Development of Leaders and Adults in Scouting, which was approved by the Office of the National University of Moroccan Scouting. The policy is one of the strategic priorities adopted by the university to qualify and prepare volunteer leaders for scouting work. This policy also depends on axes, the most important of which are: defining the basic concepts of this policy and working to disseminate them, and developing the necessary training programs according to the needs of the leaders, as well as implementing training and rehabilitation activities for them according to each scouting task. In addition to printing, publishing and circulating documents and work tools to assist implementation.
This policy also includes the guiding steps for selecting, providing, appointing, supporting, qualifying and managing the affairs of leaders for all tasks in the scouting movement.
In this context, a university committee was created to manage the affairs of leaders at the national level, which will work periodically to provide the university office with reports on diagnosing the leadership situation and crystallizing the book of endurance for all university training courses.
In order to ensure compliance with the principles on which this policy is based, it will be reviewed regularly and amended if necessary, and presented to the university office to determine the extent of progress that has been made when implementing this policy.
